After meeting with Jennifer and viewing several spec designs, Puryear became our pool builder of choice for our 2008 Dream Home in Southlake. Puryear was asked to complete the Dream Home pool on a very tight deadline. They had 23 days from the date of the permit to completion of the pool with water and chemicals. The gorgeous pool was completed on time and we were able to meet our photo shoot timeline in spite of some patchy rainy weather. Not only have we been impressed by the quality of Puryear’s work, but also by the caliber and integrity of the Puryear staff. Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect by this company.

Wow, what a great (and unique) pool, and a terrific building experience! In short, thanks so much for something better than my family and I ever expected (in fact, it's even better looking than the wonderful 3-d design pics provided at conception), and at a very fair price for this magnificent work-of-art - bravo, indeed.<br /><br /> But allow me to unpack the experience, and my thanks, a bit more. As an exec for a local railroad with high expectations, and as a fairly demanding individual in general, I began skeptical and asked many, many questions (and as my family will attest, I was ambivalent about building a pool to start with); but Jason, the owner answered every one of them, and then took some our rough ideas and honed them with a supreme artistic flair that created a gorgeous geometric pool replete with truly unique features and attributes (zero-edge black granite spa, black marble-wrapped elevations and fountains, double-sided fireplace with a sheer-descent, cutting-edge LED lighting, travertine galore, etc.) Turning to construction, my persnickety nature was tolerated well there too by Kevin, the construction superintendent, even in spite of an agressive 5-week building schedule, whereby Kevin was patient, explained things exceptionally well, answered my innumerable questions, and had a real eye for problem solving and perfection in workmanship (I know he'll miss our daily chats.)<br /><br /> All-in-all, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, as did the end product, and I am truly grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail provided by the whole Puryear Custom Pool work-family. I was very pleased with all aspects of our pool building experience. Your staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. My initial contact was Jennifer Satterwhite who was a pleasure to talk to. My design consultant, Bob, was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. The Supervisor on the project, Kevin, was extremely helpful and always kept us informed as to the progress or changes during the building process. Jarrod was also very informative and a great help. I would highly recommend Puryear Pools to my friends. I am so happy with the finished product.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Puryear. Both Chris & Eugene were able to answer all of our questions promptly. Jen was great with any additional questions and Jarrod was very generous to come out and help us with water levels and issues multiple times. We will certainly recommend Puryear and use them again if we ever build again.

As a small business owner, I know that insincerly inflated ratings help no one. I did a lot of research before choosing a pool contractor. I talked with friends who are current pool owners about their experiences. Some were very satisfied with their pool company and highly recommended them. Others were not so anxious to do so. In the end, I did not choose any of those companies, but did follow the advice given to me on what to look for and what to ask. I made the right choice. Puryear Pools did an excellent job. Thank you.

It made our decision when we had his computer with him and we were able to get an idea of what our pool would look like right then. We have been pleased with the entire process. Our design consultant was the BEST. He made all of our worries go away. he went above and beyond to design our outdoor kitchen. He had a vision and it turned out absolutely beautiful. If we move 50 times and get a pool each time, we would use Puryear for the job. They made sure we were happy.

I have been very pleased with the entire experience. Eugene and I had a couple of differences one was about the diving rock. As a customer it is hard to know what you are supposed to get because I did not have an itemized list of everything that was in the pool. If I would have had a list I think it would have been easier to argue with Eugene. We all know he needs to become more metro sexual. One of the strengths of your company is that you all have very different personalities that complement one another. It has been a pleasure meeting everyone in the company. Jennifer did a great job on the initial contact and follow-up. Bob was patient and worked with our schedule-he designed a beautiful pool. Eugene is very organized and can handle anything that is thrown his way. Kevin and Ethan were always there to answer questions and provide info that Robin and I needed-they are both very knowledgeable. Bob and Jarrod have been fabulous with the pool setup and the knock out list. Jason-you have a wonderful company and you are excellent with your customer service. When I got frustrated with the drainage issue you took care of it quickly and efficiently. I know the problem with the deck will be handled in the same manner. If you continue to treat your customers as you do, I am sure your company will continue to grow and thrive. Thanks again for my beautiful pool!
