After meeting with Jennifer and viewing several spec designs, Puryear became our pool builder of choice for our 2008 Dream Home in Southlake. Puryear was asked to complete the Dream Home pool on a very tight deadline. They had 23 days from the date of the permit to completion of the pool with water and chemicals. The gorgeous pool was completed on time and we were able to meet our photo shoot timeline in spite of some patchy rainy weather. Not only have we been impressed by the quality of Puryear’s work, but also by the caliber and integrity of the Puryear staff. Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect by this company.

Wow, what a great (and unique) pool, and a terrific building experience! In short, thanks so much for something better than my family and I ever expected (in fact, it's even better looking than the wonderful 3-d design pics provided at conception), and at a very fair price for this magnificent work-of-art - bravo, indeed.<br /><br /> But allow me to unpack the experience, and my thanks, a bit more. As an exec for a local railroad with high expectations, and as a fairly demanding individual in general, I began skeptical and asked many, many questions (and as my family will attest, I was ambivalent about building a pool to start with); but Jason, the owner answered every one of them, and then took some our rough ideas and honed them with a supreme artistic flair that created a gorgeous geometric pool replete with truly unique features and attributes (zero-edge black granite spa, black marble-wrapped elevations and fountains, double-sided fireplace with a sheer-descent, cutting-edge LED lighting, travertine galore, etc.) Turning to construction, my persnickety nature was tolerated well there too by Kevin, the construction superintendent, even in spite of an agressive 5-week building schedule, whereby Kevin was patient, explained things exceptionally well, answered my innumerable questions, and had a real eye for problem solving and perfection in workmanship (I know he'll miss our daily chats.)<br /><br /> All-in-all, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, as did the end product, and I am truly grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail provided by the whole Puryear Custom Pool work-family. I was very pleased with all aspects of our pool building experience. Your staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. My initial contact was Jennifer Satterwhite who was a pleasure to talk to. My design consultant, Bob, was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. The Supervisor on the project, Kevin, was extremely helpful and always kept us informed as to the progress or changes during the building process. Jarrod was also very informative and a great help. I would highly recommend Puryear Pools to my friends. I am so happy with the finished product.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Puryear. Both Chris & Eugene were able to answer all of our questions promptly. Jen was great with any additional questions and Jarrod was very generous to come out and help us with water levels and issues multiple times. We will certainly recommend Puryear and use them again if we ever build again.
