  1. How Much Does a Swimming Pool Cost?
    Many factors such as size, options, site conditions, and water features impact cost but a quality pool with a spa will start in the $30,000 range.
  2. Does Puryear Custom Pools Finance?
    No, we do not offer financing, but we do have special agreements worked out with finance companies that are very competitive. Please call us for information.
  3. How Long Will My Pool Take To Build?
    Quality pools take time to build. How long it takes to build your pool will depend on how elaborate of a design you choose and the options you have added. Our average build time is approximately 6 weeks from excavation.
  4. Who Obtains The Building Permit?
    It is our responsibility to apply and obtain a building permit before construction begins. We work closely with all local municipalities and follow all local building codes.
  5. What About My Home Owners Association?
    The customer is responsible for getting the proper paper work filled out and submitted to your HOA. Puryear Custom Pools will make sure you have all the proper construction documentation to turn into the HOA.
  6. What Options Are Available?
    Many options are available for pools these days. Please contact us to discuss the options that you are interested in. Options are only limited by your imagination.
  7. Is Puryear Custom Pools Insured?
    Yes, we have the required state liability insurance, we carry a one million dollar liability insurance policy.
  8. Is The Pool Structure Guaranteed?
    Yes, Puryear Custom Pools guarantee's the structure of the pool for life.
  9. Is The Pool Warranty Transferable?
    Yes, we will transfer the pool's warranty and there is no charge for this.
