They don’t return your phone calls, they take the money and leave you wondering how your project will be finished, or the job is completed but you have issues two weeks later and there is no customer service to be found. You will not have these problems at Puryear Custom Pools.

At Puryear Custom Pools, we believe the key to a successful project is having a great relationship with our customers. As in any relationship, there has to be a foundation of trust and communication. From the first time we make contact with a prospective client through the completion of the pool and beyond, you will be treated with the utmost respect and consideration. We will make every effort to make ourselves available to you whenever you need us.

Puryear Custom Pools has been in business since 1997 and is family owned and operated by Jason and Jennifer Satterwhite. Jason Satterwhite, President, is hands on in every project. He started this company with only himself and one employee and has put his name behind every project he has completed. Jason believes that any job worth doing is worth doing right and when your name is on the line there is no room for poor quality or unhappy customers. We do our best to make sure that our employees have this same work ethic and belief in customer satisfaction.

Unlike other pool companies, Puryear Custom Pools does not rely 100% on subcontractors. When needed, we have the ability to utilize our own employees to insure the timeliness of your project.

Building a swimming pool is an exciting yet stressful event for a homeowner. You want to make sure that you are getting a quality pool from a company that you can rely on. Puryear Custom Pools uses honesty and quality as the backbone of the company. When we give you your quote, there are no hidden charges. We do not use smoke and mirrors to get you to sign the dotted line. We will tell you what you are getting for your money and we do not eliminate necessary items that you need for your pool to make sure our price is the lowest.
